About this project
Dirk & Kris took part in The Sun Trip 2021, the long-distance adventure on solar-powered bikes held since 2013.
The machine is a solar bike.
Kris and Dirk have known each other for years through their love of bike travel. On the 2021 European Sun Trip they rode as a tight team at the same pace – not as a race against the clock, but to enjoy the route, the encounters and the group moments at the five checkpoints as part of the ambassadors’ group.
