Google reCAPTCHA

To protect our forms and account sign-ups against spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It is only loaded on pages with a form or sign-up. In the background, reCAPTCHA checks whether an entry comes from a person; for this, your IP address, browser and device information and how you interact with the page are sent to Google. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our website against misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Deleting your account and data

You can ask us at any time to delete your account and all data linked to it, including data received through Google or Facebook login. Use our contact form with the subject “Delete my account” and the email address of your account. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email; data we must keep by law (for example invoices) is kept only as long as required. If you signed in with Facebook or Google, you can also remove Solar-Mobility from the apps connected to that account.

AI chat assistant

The chat on this website is an AI assistant. When you use it, we process your messages, the page you are on, your language and a pseudonymised (hashed) form of your IP address to answer you and to prevent abuse. To generate answers, the conversation is sent to our AI provider Anthropic PBC (USA), which processes it on our behalf and does not use it to train its models; transfers to the USA are based on standard contractual clauses. We keep chat transcripts for up to 30 days and then delete them. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp or Telegram, those services process your messages under their own privacy policies. Please do not enter sensitive data such as health or payment information. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
