Charlotte Gille – Eco Drive Prize on Her First Solar Tour

Charlotte Gille, then 31, had travelled a lot, but the Sun Trip Tour 2017 was her first real bike adventure. She shone throughout the event and won the jury’s Eco Drive prize, which rewards the participant who makes the best use of the technical capabilities of the machine.

She signed up for the big Sun Trip Lyon–Canton, but had to give up the 2020 date after a knee operation. She rode in the colours of the Lyon-based Groupe SEB.
